Children’s Online Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 8/19/2026

Eventshop Inc. (“Eventshop” or “we” or “us”) provides exclusive event experiences, including event images and/or collectibles, through our main online website at https://www.eventshop.com/ (“main site”) and/or our mobile platform (“app”), as well as through specific event webpages that are exclusive to our live event attendees only (“event sites”) (collectively, the “services”).

While our main site, app, and accompanying online store on the main site and app is intended only for individuals over the age of 18 years old, certain event sites may be accessible to individuals under the age of 13 years old (“child”) due to the nature of the live event. For several of our event sites, we do not intend to collect personal information about children, and if we learned that we have unintentionally collected personal information of a child, we will delete the information.

For those event sites where we know we will collect personal information of children, this Children’s Online Privacy Policy (“Children’s Policy”) is intended to provide parents and/or legal guardians (“parents”) of children with information on:

  • The personal information we collect from your child, third parties we may share this information with, and the purposes for such data collection and sharing;
  • Your parental rights under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and how you can exercise their rights;
  • Information on our data security and data retention practices; and
  • How to contact us.

This Children’s Policy is incorporated by reference in and made a part of our Terms and Conditions and our accompanying main online Privacy Policy.

1

Changes to Our Children’s Policy

This Children’s Policy may be changed from time to time. We will post policy changes to our site, event site, and app, and provide notice of any material change in our collection, use, or disclosure practices. We will obtain separate parental consent for policy changes when required under law. You can tell when this Children’s Policy was last modified by checking the “last updated” date.

2

Privacy Disclosures

If we collect personal information about children, please note the following disclosures below.

  • When your child visits an event site during a live event, select event sites may collect personal information, including information pertaining to the device used to access the event site, (e.g., unique device identifiers), as well as information on how the child interacted with our event site (e.g., timestamp of visit, links and images clicked, time spent on the event site, etc.). We may use this information for purposes of providing services, improving/enhancing the event site experience, and gaining a better understanding of how our visitors engage with the event site. Depending on the specific nature of the particular event site, additional categories of personal information may be collected. If we collect personal information about children on an event site and separate notice and/or consent is required under COPPA, we will provide separate notice to you (as the parent) and/or obtain your verifiable consent.
  • We may obtain from your child your online contact information (e.g., email address or online chat identifier) for purposes of obtaining your verifiable parental consent.
  • Please note that our main site, app, and event sites may contain links to third-party services and/or external websites (“third parties”). However, we do not own nor control these third parties, and we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such third parties on their sites or applications, including their level of data sharing with other third parties. Therefore, you should consult such third party privacy policies accordingly before using or going to their websites or apps.

4

Data Disclosure / Third Party Recipients

For event sites where we intend to collect personal information of a child, we may disclose such personal information to third parties (other than the internal operations support providers listed above), provided that we provide you with separate notice and obtain your prior verifiable consent. Such third parties may include the live event and/or venue owners and operators and the talent connected to the live event. Since these third parties may vary based on a particular live event, their specific identities will be provided in the separate parental notice for the specific event site.

Eventshop does not intend to make your child’s personal information publicly available. However, if a child’s image is captured during a live event that image could be made available on our event site, which could be accessible to other live event participants.

4

Parental Consent.

Parental consent is generally required under COPPA for the collection, use, or disclosure of a child’s personal information. We will not collect, use, or disclose any personal information without parental consent, unless permitted under law. Under COPPA, you have the right to consent to our collection and use of your child’s personal information, while not agreeing to have your child’s personal information disclosed to a third party unless the disclosure is necessary for us to provide the services. Procedures on how we obtain your consent is described in the direct parental notice we provide to you when we obtain your verifiable consent.

5

Privacy Choices.

As a parent, you have the right under COPPA to:

  • Receive information on the specific types or categories of personal information we collect from your child;
  • Review or delete your child’s personal information (unless retention is required under law); and
  • Revoke your consent and/or refuse to permit its further collection or use. Please note that if you revoke parental consent, we may not be able to continue to provide services to you and your child if such information is needed to perform the services.

If you would like to exercise these rights please contact us using the Contact Information below.

Please note that we will need to verify your identity/authority to make a request before fulfilling your request. To verify your identity, we may require you to provide information that matches personal information we stored about your child and, in some cases, we may require a written declaration under penalty of perjury that you are the parent of the child whose information you wish to delete.

6

Retention of Personal Information

Your child’s personal information is retained to deliver our services, to otherwise fulfill identified or apparent purposes as reflected in this Children’s Policy, and for record-keeping and/or legal compliance purposes. We will not retain personal information for longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes of data collection. How long we retain personal information will vary depending on the services we provide to you and your child and our legal obligations under applicable laws. Our retention periods are generally informed by three factors:

  • Is this information necessary to provide the service?
  • What consent have you provided for our use of this information?
  • What statutory, contractual or other legal obligations do we have to retain this information?

Any personal information will be securely deleted after the relevant limitation or retention periods have expired. Please note that information published our site/event site or on any successor website may be archived by third party websites. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse requests for the removal of personal information, but only to the extent permitted under applicable law.
